Service and price

Editing, checking, approving and backups are free. Output of one approved label state costs EUR 2.99 including 19% VAT as a one-time payment. No subscription or shipping charges apply.

One purchase allows unlimited SVG downloads and prints of exactly that approved label state. Changes to printed content, including batch, format, pack size and label language, require a new purchase. Additional copies of the same state are free. Downloaded files are yours to keep.

Etikettwerk does not classify substances or read safety data sheets. You enter labelling data that has already been decided. Checks cover layout and UFI format, not whether the classification is correct.

Ordering, payment and delivery

Before purchasing you can edit, check and approve the label. “Buy label” opens Stripe Checkout. Only the final payment button at Stripe places the paid order. The contract is concluded upon successful payment. Contract languages are German and English.

After successful payment, SVG downloads and printing become available immediately in the online editor. Stripe creates an invoice and retains payment records. Payment and label state are checked on every retrieval. The label state is sent to our server for this purpose but is not retained there. Stripe receives the fingerprint, not the label text.

A current browser with JavaScript and an internet connection are required. No Etikettwerk account is needed. Purchase references are stored separately from product data in this browser and are not included in backups. The latest 100 purchase references are retained. Keep the invoice and downloaded SVG files; if browser data is lost, use the contact in the imprint.

The portable offline file supports editing, checking, approving and backups. It provides no SVG or print output. Move data to the online editor by exporting and importing a backup, then approve the label again there.

Statutory rights concerning defective digital content remain unaffected. Consumers do not waive their right of withdrawal.

Consumer right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the contract is concluded.

To exercise this right, inform Twelve Digital GmbH, Steinheilstr. 19, 80333 Munich, Germany, info@twelve-digital.de, through an unequivocal statement, for example by email or letter. You may use the form below, but it is not mandatory. Sending your statement before the period expires is sufficient.

Effects of withdrawal

We reimburse all payments received without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your withdrawal. We use the same payment method as the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. No reimbursement fee applies. Immediate delivery does not remove this right. Further retrievals are blocked after a refund.
