01Workflow
Four steps, one label.
- 01
Enter the product
Name, description, signal word, pictograms, H and P statements, UFI and contained substances, in German and English.
- 02
Set up the job
Pack size, format, label language and batch for this print run.
- 03
Review and approve
Etikettwerk shows missing data and checks minimum sizes of type, pictograms and label per pack as well as the UFI format. Approval takes your initials.
- 04
Buy and output
Buy the approved label state for EUR 2.99 including 19% VAT. Then download SVGs online or print through the browser, including as PDF, as often as needed.
Four formats, to scale.
Type never goes below the minimum size for the pack. If the text still does not fit, the preview shows the overflow and the label cannot be approved. Nothing is cut off.
02Approval
An approval covers exactly one label.
If anything that would be printed changes after approval, the approval is revoked. Only what is approved gets printed.
Saves, approvals and prints are listed in a history.
A purchase covers exactly this label state. Changes to printed content require a new purchase; additional copies of the same state are free.

03Offline file
Edit and check, no internet needed.
Etikettwerk comes as a single HTML file, for example for production PCs without internet access. Open it with a double click; nothing is loaded from elsewhere.
The file supports editing, checking, approving and backups, but no SVG or print output. For output, export a backup, import it in the online editor and approve the label again there. Output is paid and needs internet.

What Etikettwerk does not do
- No classification. You enter labelling data that has already been decided, for example from the safety data sheet. Etikettwerk checks layout and UFI format, not whether the classification is right.
- No import from safety data sheets; everything is entered by hand.
- Product data stays in browser storage. For purchases and output, the label state is sent to our server but is not retained there. Stripe processes payment. No accounts, no shared access, no audit-proof record; you export backups yourself.
- Five pictograms, no barcodes, printing through the browser.
